Rear Bumper Removal and Installation
1. Tailgate Weatherstrip - Remove


3. Both Rear Wheel Arch Protectors Rear Side - Remove
NOTE: Repeat this procedure on the opposite side.

Remove the screws (A) and the clip (B).

2.
Detach the clips (C, D) with the trim tool, then detach the rear wheel arch protector (E) rear side as needed.
3.
Put a shop towel (A) in the opening between the rear wheel arch protector and the rear fender.

4. Rear Bumper - Remove
1.
Remove the caps (A), then remove the bolts (B).
2.
Remove the bolts (C), the screws (D), and the clips (E, F).
3.
Pull out the rear bumper (A) at the wheel arch area to release it from the hooks (B) on the side spacer.
NOTE: Repeat this procedure on the opposite side.
4.
With the help of an assistant, pull out the rear bumper (A) at the wheel arch area to release it from the hooks (B) on the side bracket.
NOTE: Repeat this procedure on the opposite side.
5.
With the help of an assistant, pull out the rear bumper (A) to release it from the upper brackets (B).

5. Rear Bumper Absorber - Remove
1.
If necessary, remove the rear bumper absorber (A).

6. All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
