EPS Control Unit Removal and Installation
1.
12 Volt Battery Terminal - Disconnect
2.
Driver's Dashboard Panel - Remove
3.
Driver's Dashboard Undercover - Remove
4.
Driver's Dashboard Lower Cover - Remove
5.
EPS Control Unit - Remove
1.
Disconnect the connector (A).
2.
Disconnect the connectors (B) by pushing the lock (C), and pulling down the lever (D).
3.
Remove the EPS control unit (E).

EPS Control Unit - Install
1.
Install the EPS control unit (A).
2.
Connect the connectors (B), then pulling up the lever (C), and confirm the connector is fully seated.
3.
Connect the connector (D).

Driver's Dashboard Lower Cover - Install
3.
Driver's Dashboard Panel - Install
4.
Driver's Dashboard Undercover - Install
5.
12 Volt Battery Terminal - Reconnect
6.
EPS Control Unit After Install - Check
1.
After installation, check these items:
Start the engine, allow it to idle, and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times.
Check that the EPS indicator does not come on.
