Thermostat Housing Removal and Installation

1.	Engine Coolant - Drain

2.	12 Volt Battery - Remove

3.	PCM with Bracket - Remove

Remove the harness clamps (A).

Remove the PCM with bracket (B).

4.	ECT Sensor 1 - Remove

5.	Thermostat - Remove

6.	Hose - Disconnect

Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A), the water bypass hoses (B), and the heater hoses (C).

7.	Thermostat Housing - Remove

Remove the harness bracket (A) and the thermostat housing (B).

8.	All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
