Warm Up TWC Removal and Installation
2. Under-Floor TWC Mounting Nuts and WU-TWC Bracket - Remove
1.
Remove the self-locking nuts (A).
2.
Remove the WU-TWC bracket (B).

4. Exhaust Chamber Cover - Remove

5. WU-TWC Assembly - Remove

6. WU-TWC Cover - Remove

7. All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets and new self-locking nuts.
NOTE:
Before installing the WU-TWC brackets (A), confirm the bolts and nuts fixing the WU-TWC to the cylinder head are tightened to the specified torque.
Tighten the WU-TWC bracket mounting bolts in the numbered sequence shown.
