Keyless Access System Status Log
If you suspect there is an ONE-PUSH START system problem, check the status log in the HDS.

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode. |

On the HDS screen, at SYSTEM SELECTION MENU, enter ONE-PUSH START, then select KEYLESS ACCESS CONTROL UNIT or BACKUP CONTROL UNIT. |

At KEYLESS ACCESS CONTROL UNIT, enter KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM INFORMATION, then select STATUS LOG. |
|
5. |
At BACKUP CONTROL UNIT, enter SYSTEM INFORMATION, then select STATUS LOG. |
|
6. |
Check the STATUS LOG count. Troubleshoot the status with the highest count first. If no counts are listed, the ONE-PUSH START system is OK. Continue with normal symptom troubleshooting.
